Bridgeview Legacy Holdings is a private investment group formed with a single goal in mind—to acquire, operate, and grow one great small business and continue a seller’s legacy.

Bridgeview is focused on following a “buy and build” strategy, looking for growth opportunities through new products, new channels, and possibly with small, targeted acquisitions.

We care about a founder’s legacy, and about all of the constituents that companies touch—employees, partners and vendors, and communities.
TEAM
Rob Kornblum is a serial entrepreneur, operator and investor with over 25 years of experience in software and tech-enabled services. He has held executive leadership roles at public and private companies including Monster.com, Manugistics, Avention and Bullhorn.
Rob has been a CEO and General Manager with P&L leadership, as well as head of Product, SVP of Strategy, and head of channel sales and alliances. He was previously a “founder-friendly” venture capital investor and has been on over 10 boards.

Rob is passionate about company culture. He wrote a best-selling book on hiring and culture, in which he interviewed dozens of successful entrepreneurs. He also delivered a TED talk with his unique perspective.
Rob has been married for 28 years and has three amazing children. He lives in Massachusetts. He is passionate about sports and is an accomplished amateur cook.
